  BAUTIFUL OLD MILL FOR SALE. Go to What's New. Meanwhile we are still offering our bed and breakfast service and rentals. BED AND BREAKFAST in this beautifully restored Miller's cottage attached to an historic old Mill in the orange groves of Andalucia. Situated by the Rio Santo on the edge of a white-washed village it is 30 minutes from Granada, 45 minutes from the beach and one hour from the Ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. Cordoba, Sevilla and Ronda are about three hours' drive by car. Upstairs - There are two double bedrooms both with ensuite shower room and a sitting room which can be used as a third bedroom for larger party bookings. It has a double sofa bed, its own bathroom and a fireplace. Downstairs - Entrance Hall, a bedroom which sleeps four in bunk beds, a further bathroom and a small dining room and kitchen. Outside - Terrace, with dining table and barbecue, leading to the orchard beside the riverbank and the swimming Pool (5 x 10 metres) surrounded by orange trees. There is plenty of shade and of course sun for sun worshippers. Breakfast is served Spanish-style on the terrace in Summer. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room if you wish to prepare other meals or we can put you in touch with local caterers who will deliver freshly prepared meals or cook on site should you require it. There is a lot to see and do in the area including visiting Granada and the Alhambra. There are the Moorish villages of Las Alpujarras, lovely walks, wonderful painting country, ski-ing in the Winter, and the seaside in the Summer. There are plenty of good country restaurants locally from rustic to more elegant and plenty more in Granada itself, not to mention Flamenco and the Night Life, and the local town of Durcal also has restaurants, bars and clubs.
